Return policy and Shipping Rates

Shipping rate in the U.S. is a flat $6.95 fee. U.S. orders over $75 ship free. No international orders are currently accepted at this time. 

All orders will ship within 10 business days

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your package. Please email support@thelittlesurferdude.com within 14 days to set up a return or exchange. Please note that buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs and that original shipping fee will not be refunded.

Shipping & Lost Package Policy

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. 

All orders are shipped with tracking information, which is provided via email. We encourage customers to monitor tracking details and ensure that shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. 

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

-Checking with a neighbor

-Looking around the delivery area

-Contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim

Please note we do not issue refunds for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier. By placing an order with us, you agree to this policy. 

Returns/exchanges will be processed within 14 business days of the shop receiving the return item. 

We are not responsible for lost return packages. 

If you reach out to the shop to initiate a return on eligible items and do not send the item back within 14 days, a $15.00 restocking fee will apply once the item is received. 

Some items are not currently eligible for a return, these include but are not limited to:

  • Straw hats, snapbacks, beanies, bucket hats
  • Balance boards
  • Backpacks
  • Play mats
  • Gift sets
  • Teethers
  • Books
  • Please refer to individual product listings for the most up-to-date return policy for that individual item

Please note that sale items are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange.
